Regional Business Manager, Bali
This position is in charge of ensuring that sales activities in his or her coverage areas run smoothly and efficiently. This position also requires individuals to sustain and expand the company by properly managing the portfolio, investments, and people. He or she will manage employees ranging from supervisors to area managers, assisting them in ensuring that organizational norms are observed.
Key Accountabilities:
- Understanding the challenge, opportunity, and management area based on potency in area coverage
- Managing growth and potency between area, category, and portfolio to have optimum output.
- Evaluate distributor performance regularly build distributor engagement and evaluate potential distributors.
- Managing product categories and portfolios across areas to maximize profits and customer and shopper needs.
- Build a sales plan based on area objectives, opportunities, and market conditions, prepare orders in a timely manner, and appropriately add orders if needed.
- Managing investment (CP, TP, Trade Program, PDP) based on area potency and evaluating credit (AR)
- Ensure that the team (Supervisor & Area Manager) has the right capabilities and developed them properly.
Requirements:
- Minimum D3/ S1 any major
- Minimum 5 years experience in the sales area.
- Excellent communication skills, including a willingness to offer positive and negative feedback as needed.
- Excellent sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Proven leadership skills, having the ability to manage, and motivate people to achieve.
- Excellent planning, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
- Computer literate, especially for Ms. Office.
- Willing to placed in Bali, Indonesia.
