The company has 9 subsidiaries around the world and Ventós Indonesia is the Indonesian one, located in Yakarta.

In order to continue with our process of growth, we are looking for a Regulatory Affairs Assistant.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the product database.
  • Collaborate in the approval of new products and suppliers.
  • Prepare the technical documentation of the products.
  • Manage technical documentation requests from customers.
  • Technical assistance to the commercial department and customers.

Profile:

  • Previous experience in the Legislation/Regulatory Affairs department is valuable.
  • Intermediate and/or higher education in the field of chemistry, pharmacy, biology and biochemistry, among others.
  • Advanced user level of office software (Office Suite).
  • Languages: High level of English essential.
  • Orderly, rigorous and agile person, proactive and customer-oriented, able to perform multiple functions. Skilled in personal relations, both externally with suppliers and customers, as well as internally with different departments (commercial, laboratory, ...).
