What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain relationships with various communities, both informal (e.g., sports clubs, social gatherings, religious groups) and formal (e.g., university career centers, business associations).
- Collaborate with online communities, including influencers, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and digital platforms, to expand engagement.
- Identify and execute opportunities for collaboration with communities that align with business goals.
- Organize community events, such as educational workshops, social initiatives, and digital campaigns, to strengthen relationships and drive engagement.
- Design and implement O2O strategies that connect online and offline communities, boosting engagement and conversions.
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to integrate community programs into the overall company strategy.
- Monitor and report on community engagement, event success, and the impact of community programs.
What You’ll Need:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Community Developer, Community Manager, or similar role.
- Proven ability to build a wide and deep network with both digital and local communities (must provide references and project portfolio).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Creative mindset to design engaging programs for both online and offline communities.
- Familiarity with offline and online community dynamics, including social media and online forums.
- Experience managing events (offline, online, or hybrid formats).
- Strong analytical skills to assess engagement metrics and program impact.
- Proficiency in digital platforms and social media tools.
- Positive and adaptable attitude, willingness to learn and grow, and strong initiative and problem-solving skills are essential.
