Role Description

This freelance sales and business development position allows for work-from-anywhere flexibility and is ideal for experienced professionals with strong industry networks. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives to expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify high-value business opportunities – engage with relevant contractors, project owners in the mining, oil and gas, data center, power generation and transportation infrastructure industries.

2. Develop strategic partnerships – build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the relevant industrial and energy sectors.

3. Lead project sales cycles – manage bids, technical discussions, negotiations and deal closures.

4. Provide market insights & strategy – Provide advice on upcoming projects, competitor tends and industry shifts to optimize market penetration.

5. Expand into new industries – Identify opportunities to introduce our modular building solutions to new sectors.

Qualifications & Experiences

· Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development/Sales within generation, mining, oil and gas, data center or transportation infrastructure

· Proven track record of securing large contracts in industrial and energy sectors.

· Existing relationships with decision-makers in EPC firms or industrial clients.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

· Ability to work independently and generate business opportunities

· Educational/technical background in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred but not essential .
