- Facilitates social media engagement and creating content in China digital channels
- Executes promotions campaigns our products through relevant digital and social media channels
- Engages in proactive online reputation management by surfacing relevant guest comments (positive and negative) in social media channels and responds accordingly
- Collaborating with media partners
- Collaborating with sales manager to develop monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual promotion budgets, formats, and objectives
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the same position or related fields in the hospitality industry
- Proficient in administrative tasks, consistently ensuring accurate and timely completion of assignments
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken with a certified language test (minimum HSK 3)
- Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or other relevant fields
