This is a contract role for a Human Resources Lead, located on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Human Resources Lead will be responsible for overseeing HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits and personnel management. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as maintaining employee records, handling recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. Additionally, the HR Lead will work closely with the management team to support organizational growth and employee satisfaction.
- Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management skills
- Experience in HR Management and developing HR Policies
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Experience in an educational or consulting environment is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
