We are looking for an Account Manager to help drive client success and revenue growth. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships and generating sales from upselling and cross-selling initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, resolve challenges, and ensure seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support revenue growth by assisting in achieving monthly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients/merchants through regular engagement and support.
- Assist in upselling and cross-selling efforts to drive additional sales from current clients.
- Support communication and coordination of product usage for assigned merchants.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and assess potential business opportunities.
- Conduct basic market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver reports on merchant transactions in a timely manner.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong communication skills, with proficiency in Bahasa and English.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to understand and address client needs.
- Good stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of online payments or B2B Fintech is a plus.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
