We are looking for an Amazon and Ecommerce Virtual Specialist to focus solely on our brands launch and success not only on Amazon but other online channels in which we sell.

With strong Amazon account management experience, you’ll promote our brand and products, help us reach new customers, and boost sales. Our products are sold in Australia’s largest supermarket, pharmacy and baby store chains. Whilst we punch big, we are still a small enthusiastic team but growing fast!

Job Duties and Responsibilities for Amazon:

  • Create, Maintain and Optimize our Amazon store/listings
  • Create, Maintain and Optimize Amazon ads
  • Updating brand store page - co-ordinating Graphic Designer.
  • Monitor performance and open cases with Amazon support to escalate any issues
  • Create and distribute reports on sales performance
  • Manage pricing on Amazon platforms
  • Create inventory projections for Amazon platforms globally based on historical sales patterns
  • Work with the operations team to create inbound shipment of inventory to Amazon globally
  • Respond to customer questions on Amazon platforms globally
  • Monitor the Amazon platform to ensure listings are up to date and make corrections when unauthorized changes occur
  • Monitor the buy box percentage on each item and take specified action as needed to improve the percentage

Job Duties and Responsibilities for Sales & Other Channels.

  • Create, Maintain and Optimize our listings on other Australian online marketplaces including Coles, Woolworths, Myer, Chemist Warehouse, Big W marketplace).
  • Identify and explore marketing opportunities with various Australian marketing channels and negotiate media buying.
  • Update Cherub Baby Shopify website pages and listings
  • Assisting with new account on-boarding paperwork
  • Assisting with special projects like management of customized product orders
  • Distributing photo and video assets to customers as requested
  • Assisting with other sales-related tasks as they arise

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience managing full-time a brand/s on Amazon on seller central. You will be the company expert for Amazon and Channel Management.
  • Exceptional analytical ability, proficient with Amazon software (such as Jungle Scout)
  • Comfortable conveying ideas, actively participating in both internal team and external meetings, and resolving issues on the phone with seller support.
  • Comfortable working on Australian (Sydney) hours
  • Proficiency with Microsoft programs including Word, Outlook, Excel
  • Preferred but not essential. Experience with Asana, Slack, Shopify
  • Strong English language and writing skills
  • Proficient typing skills
