Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in presales, consulting, business development, and solutioning.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, analytics, AI, leadership, or a related field.
  • Experience in digital strategy and services for Telecom, Retail, and BFSI.
  • Experience designing/winning deals for SaaS applications (service/customer management, low-code/no-code).
  • Experience in application modernization, including winning a program for modernizing monolithic to microservices (e.g., .NET to Java/Spring), with presales leadership in Indonesia.
  • Presales leadership for large deals in Indonesia, with solution assurance.
  • Presales leadership for 3+ managed services deals in Indonesia.
  • Presales leadership for 1+ cloud migration opportunity in Indonesia.
  • Presales leadership experience in AIOps for 1+ AIOps program in Telecom/BFSI.
  • Knowledge of public/private cloud technologies and private IT cloud solutions.
  • Knowledge of APM, monitoring, and API management.
  • Knowledge of TOGAF, TM Forum, Open API, Open Digital Architecture, PCI, GDPR, and relevant industry standards.
  • Experience in analyst relations, presentations, and industry expertise.
  • 1+ published white paper on technology, cloud, or application modernization.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, backlog planning, and prioritization.
