About the Role:We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Learning and Development Specialist who is passionate about driving growth through people development. You will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing L&D systems from the ground up. This is an exciting opportunity to shape our talent development strategy and make a real impact on the future of BAKED.
Key Responsibilities:- L&D System Development:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive L&D frameworks.
- Assist in creating goal-setting systems (OKR & KPI) that align with business objectives.
- Competency and Curriculum Design:
- Conduct job analysis to define clear roles and expectations.
- Develop Competency Matrices to map out skill requirements for various positions.
- Design and deliver engaging training programs and curricula tailored to operational needs.
- Performance and Talent Management:
- Support the development of a Performance Management System (PMS) to evaluate and improve employee performance.
- Assist in building a Talent Pool to identify and nurture high-potential employees.
- Contribute to the creation of Leadership Development Programs and Management Trainee Programs to ensure a pipeline of future leaders.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of L&D initiatives and make data-driven improvements.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and innovative L&D trends to keep BAKED. ahead.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Learning and Development, preferably within F&B, hospitality, or retail industries.
- Strong understanding of L&D frameworks, performance management, and talent development.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting to track program effectiveness.
- Creative mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
