Corporate IT General Manager position is created to manage both day-to-day activities of IT in the whole company, as well as creating & implementing the corporate IT strategy for Plaza Indonesia Group (PISC, Tower Plaza, and fx Sudirman).

Main responsibilities of the Corporate IT GM include:

  1. To research, analyze and develop the IT strategy implementation in line with the company directions and vision
  2. To monitor the execution of the strategic implementation in accordance to the direction from top management
  3. To manage all IT infrastructure & applications used in Plaza Indonesia Group and ensure the high performance of IT system
  4. Responsible in setting and managing IT processes and procedures through-out the company and its group subsidiaries
  5. To continuously develop and upgrade the IT application & system capacity in line with the business growth and aspiration
  6. To govern project implementations across sections within IT
  7. Lead and manage IT resources to support day-to-day IT activities and project implementation
  8. Bridge the need of business users and the actionable IT implementation, in both hardware, software, and services
  9. Liaise with 3rd party vendors for hardware and software services to ensure business continuity

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor Degree or higher in Information System or Computer Science
  2. Experiences min.10 years, preferably in IT / Retail / Property industry
  3. Experience and knowledge in ERP Application/system is a must
