We work closely with partners and resellers to deliver cutting-edge security solutions to businesses across Indonesia. As we continue to expand our presence, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Account Manager to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth by managing a portfolio of accounts.
  • Develop and manage strong relationships with channel partners, resellers, and system integrators.
  • Identify and onboard new partners to expand market reach.
  • Drive sales growth through channel partners by developing joint business plans and sales strategies.
  • Provide training, support, and guidance to partners to ensure successful sales execution.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and technical support, to enable partners with necessary tools and resources.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategic plans to management.
  • Ensure partners comply with company policies, pricing, and sales guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Good contact with FSI, Healthcare, and Manufacturing industries is an added value.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or IT distribution.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity, IT solutions, or enterprise software is a plus. (Training will be provided)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
