The HR Specialist position at our consulting firm is established to strengthen the HR department by ensuring the smooth execution of HR functions and providing administrative support across multiple clients. The HR Specialist serves as a vital link in our dynamic consulting environment, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with regulations while fostering a positive working environment.

The HR Specialist will support the human resources department in daily administrative and HR functions, ensuring effective management of HR operations for multiple clients. This includes involvement in HR management, payroll, BPJS administration, contract management, recruitment, and investment reporting (LKPM).

Requirements:

Educational Qualifications and Work Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in English Education/Literature is preferable.

· Proven experience in advocating for company interest, from employees up to the GM level.

· Demonstrated background in HR, with experience in payroll, contract administration, and recruitment.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in HR Related fields
  • Business-level English proficiency, with a minimum IELTS score of 5 or TOEFL score of 500.
  • Proven experience in advocating for company interest, from employees up to the GM level.
  • Ability to manage work processes integrated with the schedules of all stakeholders mindfully.
  • Charismatic and authoritative presence.
  • Effective customer service skills that are empathetic and thoughtful.
  • Strong logical thinking and emotional maturity.
  • Demonstrated passion and commitment to a career in HR.
