Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Expertise: Gain a deep understanding of the company’s products and solutions to effectively demonstrate their value.
  • Customer Engagement: Meet with prospective clients to understand their challenges and provide relevant product demonstrations and solutions.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with sales teams to craft customized proposals and presentations based on client requirements.
  • Solution Design: Work with internal teams to design technical solutions that align with client needs, budgets, and timelines.
  • Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed product documentation and customized solution briefs for customers.
  • RFP/RFI Responses: Contribute to the development of responses to requests for proposals/information (RFPs/RFIs), ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
  • Sales Support: Provide ongoing support to the sales team during the sales cycle, including product positioning, competitive analysis, and answering technical queries.
  • Client Workshops: Conduct workshops, demos, or other educational initiatives to showcase product functionality and solve customer challenges.
  • Feedback Loop: Act as a liaison between sales, product, and development teams, communicating client feedback to help shape future product roadmaps.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Presales Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years in a pre-sales or solutions or product consulting role, with a proven ability to analyze customer needs, develop tailored solutions, and effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Project Management Acumen: Demonstrated success in leading projects from inception to completion, with a keen eye for detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strategic Thinking: Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify challenges and develop innovative solutions.
  • Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present compellingly to clients.
  • Self-Starter Mentality: Ability to work independently and remotely, taking ownership of tasks and driving results.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: A passion for understanding customer needs, designing exceptional experiences, and leveraging data to improve offerings.
