Job Summary:
The CSR Program Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the operational execution of the company's corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, specifically its mangrove rehabilitation, tree planting and community development project. This role ensures efficient program implementation, compliance, and impact measurement. It focuses on the hands-on management of CSR activities, coordinating resources, and ensuring the successful execution of sustainability and social impact programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage CSR programs, ensuring timely and effective execution in alignment with company goals by overseeing the end-to-end execution of mangrove rehabilitation and livelihood development projects.
- Coordinate and oversee the operational aspects of CSR initiatives, including logistics, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Manage relationships with local communities, NGOs, government agencies, vendors, and other partners to ensure smooth program delivery.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for CSR activities.
- Develop and implement impact measurement frameworks to assess the effectiveness of mangrove restoration and community development activities.
- Monitor program performance through data collection and analysis on mangrove or tree growth, biodiversity improvements, and community livelihood outcomes.
- Prepare reports for internal stakeholders, partners, and regulatory agencies, ensuring transparency in project outcomes.
- Facilitate employee volunteering and engagement programs by handling scheduling, training, and participation tracking.
- Ensure compliance with CSR-related regulations, internal policies, and sustainability reporting requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges to ensure seamless execution of CSR projects.
- Stay informed on best practices and operational efficiencies to enhance CSR program effectiveness.
- Support business team to Identify and pursue potential funding opportunities such as grants, impact investments, or carbon finance for mangrove projects.
- Develop proposals and partnership strategies to expand the impact of CSR initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences, Marine Sciences, Forestry, Sustainability, Social Sciences, Natural Resources Management, or a related field. Master degree is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in CSR program execution, community development operations, or environmental project execution
- Strong understanding of mangrove ecosystems, coastal conservation, and sustainable livelihoods.
- Experience working with mangrove rehabilitation, tree planting, eco-tourism development, fisheries, or forestry projects.
- Knowledge of environmental regulations, FPIC processes, and social impact assessments.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with a focus on execution and efficiency.
- Excellent stakeholder coordination and relationship management abilities.
- Hands-on experience in managing budgets, logistics, and compliance requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to operational challenges.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and impact measurement tools.
- Ability to negotiate agreements and secure community participation.
