This position is responsible for ensuring the proper and effective operation of sales in his/her coverage area. This role also requires individuals to maintain and increase sales growth, hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team (from KC Softex or Distributor) in promoting and selling KC Softex’s product. He/she also oversees lower-level employees' day-to-day work and operations to ensure adherence to organization guidelines. Designing, implementing, and evaluating strategic sales plans that expand the company’s customer base, ensure its strong presence, and also identify new market opportunities.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Maintaining and increasing sales of KC Softex’s products.
  • Establishing, maintaining, and expanding customer accounts in the coverage area.
  • Identify, develop, and evaluate sales strategies and set targets.
  • Identifying new market opportunities
  • Monitoring team’s performance and motivating them to reach the target
  • Cooperating with related parties to increase sales
  • Interviewing and hiring new employees for his team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum D3/ S1 any major
  • Minimum 5 years experience in the sales area
  • Excellent communication skills, including a willingness to offer positive and negative feedback as needed.
  • Excellent sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven leadership skills, having the ability to manage and motivate people to achieve.
  • Excellent planning, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
  • Computer literate, especially for Ms. Office.
  • Willing to be placed in Palembang, South Sumatera.
