Job Responsibilities:
1. Collect documentation materials and provide accurate bill of lading information to freight forwarders/shipping companies in a timely manner to ensure normal shipment of goods.
2. Responsible for preparing commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other customs clearance documents required by customers; After the documents are ready, send them to the customer and upload a full set of documents in the system to complete the system delivery;.
3. Timely follow up on the status of in-transit documents, and for FOB shipments, promptly pay local fees and obtain the bill of lading.
4. Responsible for reviewing draft letters of credit, entering data into the system, issuing and reviewing letters of credit, and maintaining amendments to letters of credit; timely follow up with the bank on acceptance and payment for letter of credit documents.
5. Send the complete set of customs clearance documents to customers promptly, and proactively communicate and resolve any issues that arise.
6. Conduct internal control self-checks to identify non-compliance issues, correct internal control deficiencies, and supervise business improvements.
7. Cooperate with the finance department for month-end and year-end closing by issuing invoices in advance and assisting with account reconciliation.
8. Ensure consistency between documents, certificates, and the system, and prohibit unauthorized offline modifications of key information such as amounts/prices.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with relevant work experience in international trade.
2. Familiar with international trade documentation processes, with experience in international trade documentation, shipping, and customs preferred.
3. Proficient in using office software such as EXCEL/Word.
4. Strong organizational and coordination skills, information collection and analysis abilities, and efficient communication skills.
5. Good sense of responsibility, team collaboration spirit, and ability to work under pressure.
6. Willingness to accept overseas assignments.
