Job Scope/Description:
- Lead, monitor and coach team to;
Monitor various corporate communication channels with timely and appropriate responses
Collect and report for any technical or system issues while processing data entry
Perform ad-hoc tasks to improve overall business(market research, service quality audit, etc.
Perform administrative tasks for partner's account (credit top-up, changes in partner's information, etc.)
- Implement Real Time Floor Monitoring to ensure the smooth execution inline with SOP/guidance
- Data collect, compile, process, analysis and visualizize in deck presentation to report to manager/other stakeholders.
- Managing large datasets, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integrity and formula errors.
