L.K. Group was founded in 1979, focusing on three major industries: die-casting machines, injection molding machines and CNC machining centers. It was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2006 (stock code: 00558 HK). http://www.lk.world. To further expand our business, L.K. is setting up a Technology Center in Semarang, Indonesia. We are looking for energetic Service Engineer Trainees to join us.

Technical Training Program (Free) in China:

Service Engineer Trainees（Fresh Graduates）will be sent to LK Group’s factories in China to have 2-3 months technical training first, all the related training expenses like visa, transportation, training, accommodation and meals will be covered by LK.

Job Requirements:

1. Fresh graduates with education background in mechanical and automation majors are preferred, and excellent candidates who have graduated 1-2 years ago are also welcome to apply.
2. Past internship experience in plastic injection machine, die-casting machine and CNC machine will be an advantage.
3. Willingness to travel all areas covered within the scope of this role.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers of various backgrounds.
5. Fluent English is a must.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Delivers post-sale services at customer sites, including installation, start up and commissioning, maintenance, and repair.
2. Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide timely solutions.
3. Ensures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations that may favorably impact performance.
4. Support customer in finding solutions, whether technical or non-technical, related to L.K. machines.
5. Regularly process the administration and service report of the work performed.
6. Work closely with the Sales Team to generate sales lead and provide technical expertise.
7. Provide training and instruction to employees or technician at customers’ sites.
