As a senior consultant of our team, you’ll mainly contribute your expertise in accounting, finance and tax compliance to prepare financial statements to our clients. An important part of your role will be to actively establish internal and external relationships while helping to identify potential process improvements for existing engagements and escalate these to team leader or above as appropriate.

Job Roles:
- Engage in the monthly performance review of clients books and operations. Includes reviews of the financial statements of the clients you will be working with.
- Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and coordinating junior team members while providing updates to team leaders or above as appropriate
- Highlighting issues or problems within the clients, whether that be in operations or in the team and providing possible solutions to the problems.
- Participate and assist in preparing for meetings with target client's management teams
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel
Job Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree OR a master's degree focusing on Accounting, Finance or Business from a reputable institution with minimum 3.0 GPA (out of 4.0); an advanced degree will be a bonus.
- 2-4 years of experience as a Financial Consultant/Auditor in consulting firms or as a Finance and Accounting staff/ Business Analyst in the financial services industry.
- Interested in business process re-engineering, finance technology implementation for finance process efficiency and digitalization.
- Excellent skills in both written and verbal Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong leadership, teamwork and collaboration with clients.
- Strong project management with multiple projects and diverse team members.
- Strong analytical/critical thinking, problem solving skills, presentation and communication skills.
