- 2+ years of experience with MySQL/MariaDB.

- 1+ year experience with high-performance/big data handling (e.g., Table Partitioning).
- Knowledge and experience of Percona, Big Data, Cassandra, and OLAP databases will be preferred.
- Ability to work in an interrupt-driven environment and easily move from task to task while maintaining overall productivity.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

- Designing database schemas and improving existing database designs.
- Benchmarking and optimizing queries.
- Managing and developing clustered/replicated database systems using MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, or other engines.
- Troubleshooting database-related problems.
- Designing and implementing backup, archive, migration, and upgrade strategies.
