We are looking for an Account Management Senior Associate to help drive client success and revenue growth. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships and generating sales from upselling and cross-selling initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, resolve challenges, and ensure seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and achieve revenue uplift target month on month.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships, and generate B2B sales from existing clients/merchants by performing upselling and cross-selling.
  • Oversee communications and manage both transactional and non-transactional product utilization for assigned merchants.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of interactions and assess lead potential.
  • Conduct market analysis and research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings.
  • Generate accurate and detailed report of merchants’ transactions and convey to merchants in timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the product, tech, and ops teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

Requirement:

  • 2-5 years of experience in sales/business development/account management.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in Bahasa and English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand clients’ challenges and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of online payments and B2B Fintech experiences are plus.
  • Dynamic, persistent, and strategic mindset.
  • Project management skills to ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects and initiatives.
