As an ITGA Officer in Citra City Sentul, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of both IT and GA functions. Key Responsibilities

1) IT Support & Troubleshooting

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues across company devices (PCs, laptops, printers, networking equipment, etc.).
  • Provide technical support for Windows, MacOS, and software applications used within the company.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Conduct regular system updates, backups, and cybersecurity checks to safeguard company data.

2) Infrastructure & Maintenance

  • Oversee server management, network troubleshooting, and security access controls.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of CCTV, door access systems, and office IT equipment.
  • Manage IT asset inventory and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.

3) General Affairs (GA) Support

  • Assist in GA related tasks.
  • Support procurement and vendor management for ITGA and operational needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations related to IT & GA.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with GA operations, procurement, and office IT asset management is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work on-site at Citra City Sentul.
