- Being able to understand and speak Japanese will be an advantage,

Job Description:
- Actively engaging with management, maintenance, and operations to bring maximum value to the business through effective leadership of the capital project planning process.
- Developing and maintaining a portfolio master schedule.
- Actively working with appropriate plant personnel regarding plant outages and managing capital project impacts.
- Review project documents and specifications to accurately develop baseline schedules that include all required dates, activities, and milestones.
- Review project costs and schedules to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Identify and evaluate risks and impacts within project schedules.
- Participate in meetings with project teams, clients, owners, and various stakeholders related to the project controls and schedule of a particular project.
- Participating in project team meetings to provide cost and schedule details.
