  1. Min. bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Metallurgy Engineering.
  2. Fresh Graduate/Experience in the manufacturing process.
  3. Being able to understand and speak Japanese will be an advantage,
  4. Preferably having a JLPT N3 certification or equivalent.
  5. Computer literate, with advanced Engineering Software skills such as CAD or 3D Modelling.
  6. Excellent grasp of theories, principles, and practices related to cost engineering, scheduling, and delay analysis.

  1. Actively engaging with management, maintenance, and operations to bring maximum value to the business through effective leadership of the capital project planning process.
  2. Developing and maintaining a portfolio master schedule.
  3. Actively working with appropriate plant personnel regarding plant outages and managing capital project impacts.
  4. Review project documents and specifications to accurately develop baseline schedules that include all required dates, activities, and milestones.
  5. Review project costs and schedules to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  6. Identify and evaluate risks and impacts within project schedules.
  7. Participate in meetings with project teams, clients, owners, and various stakeholders related to the project controls and schedule of a particular project.
  8. Participating in project team meetings to provide cost and schedule details.
