Job Descriptions:

  • Create Creative Content: Develop fresh and innovative content ideas for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
  • Design and Edit Content: Produce content in the form of reels/short videos, and written material, and perform editing to achieve high-quality and engaging results.
  • Talent for Camera: Act as a talent in front of the camera for various content purposes, such as promotional videos, live streaming, vlogs, or podcasts.
  • Scriptwriting: Write and develop content ideas into engaging scripts for various platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and others.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Work together with the marketing, design, and production teams to ensure content aligns with the company's marketing and branding strategy.
  • Stay Updated on Content Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends and popular content formats, and apply them in content production.
  • Engage with Followers: Interact with the audience on social media, answer questions, and build strong relationships within the online community.
  • Manage Content Schedule: Plan and organize a consistent and timely content publication schedule.
  • Brand Partnership: Collaborate with brands to create engaging collaborative content for the audience.
  • Content Project and KOL Management: Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, from concept to final output, while meeting deadlines.
  • Master of Ceremony for our offline events

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum of an associate's or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience as a Content Creator & Talent.
  • Content Production Skills: Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Photoshop, or mobile editing apps).
  • Scriptwriting Ability: Experience in writing scripts for digital content with engaging and relevant narratives.
  • Creative and Innovative: Ability to think outside the box to create content that is appealing and relevant to the audience.
  • Confident and Charismatic On-Camera: Comfortable performing in front of the camera for various types of content.
  • Familiar with Social Media Trends: Knowledge of the latest trends on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube short, with the ability to create relevant content.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey messages.
  • Good Time Management: Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines.
  • Team Player: Able to collaborate within a team and be open to feedback and collaboration with other divisions.
