Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at PT. Indostar Security located in North Jakarta. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing and implementing growth strategies, and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
- Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills
- Strategic Planning and Market Research skills
- Negotiation and Communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the security industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
