Role Description
This is a contract role for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and development. The role requires handling administrative HR tasks, HR policy implementation, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. This is an on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Qualifications
- Recruitment, employee relations, and performance management skills
- Experience in training, development, and HR policy implementation
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Knowledge of local labor laws and compliance regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the education or consulting industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently in an on-site environment
