Role Description

  • Plan execute, and monitor projects following PMLC & SDLC.
  • Create and manage project timelines agreed upon by the team.
  • Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring smooth collaboration with stakeholders and management.
  • Identify and resolve project issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Ensure project milestones are met while maintaining quality and budget control
  • Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree from Top University.
  • Min. 2-3 years of experience as an IT PM in banking area
  • Understanding of SDLC as PM
  • Understand to read programming
  • English fluently
  • Ability to create and manage project timelines with the team.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to handle project impediments.
  • Proactive, independent, and consistent in project execution.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in Agile or Waterfall project management is a plus.
