Role Description
- Plan execute, and monitor projects following PMLC & SDLC.
- Create and manage project timelines agreed upon by the team.
- Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring smooth collaboration with stakeholders and management.
- Identify and resolve project issues, escalating when necessary.
- Ensure project milestones are met while maintaining quality and budget control
- Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree from Top University.
- Min. 2-3 years of experience as an IT PM in banking area
- Understanding of SDLC as PM
- Understand to read programming
- English fluently
- Ability to create and manage project timelines with the team.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to handle project impediments.
- Proactive, independent, and consistent in project execution.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Agile or Waterfall project management is a plus.
