Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Project Management, or a related field.
- Advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in managing web development projects.
- Proven track record of managing web development projects with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, or similar.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

- Understanding of the Indonesian market and web user preferences.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
