Role Purpose

  • To ensure that marketing activities including strategic planning, development & formulation of the brand strategies to meet volume, revenue, profit, and brand objectives in line with the strategic business plan

Qualifications:

  • Have more than 5 years of experience in Managerial Level handling brand & marketing strategist
  • Direct experience in managing brands, including strategic planning, brand positioning, and overseeing marketing campaigns offline / online
  • In-depth understanding of the beauty industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape
  • Able to identify target audiences and devise campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Strong marketing skills to create a brand through effective marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Have advanced leadership skills, team management, and excellent communication skills
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Able to think creatively and innovatively

Responsibilities:

  • Involved in high-level decision-making, setting the strategic direction of the brand or brands, including market positioning, portfolio management, brand vision, and ensuring alignment with overall company goals
  • Engages in competitive analysis, long-term brand planning, and innovation opportunities to drive growth
  • Oversees multiple brands or product lines within a portfolio, with a more strategic and long-term focus
  • May have direct oversight of several brand managers or teams, guiding them in executing the overall brand strategy
