Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager in Surabaya, Indonesia. The Branch Manager will oversee the daily operations of the branch, implement strategies to achieve business targets, manage customer relationships, and ensure compliance with banking regulations. The role also involves leading and motivating a team of staff members to deliver excellent customer service and achieve branch goals.
Qualifications
- Banking Background minimum 10 years
- Having strong customer pipeline for Lending and funding
- Banking and Financial Management skills
- Leadership and Team Management skills
- Customer Relationship Management skills
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Strategic Planning and Decision-Making abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in banking or financial services
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance
