Job Responsibilities
- Continuously update and improve the personnel database to ensure the accuracy of the information;
- Prepare and process payrolls for employees according to the company's pay cycle;
- Calculate wages and deductions based on employee attendance and timesheets;
- Create and maintain employee payroll records, including adding new employees and processing salary changes;
- Ensure compliance with payroll laws, tax obligations, and other regulations;
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree from Management or relevan major.
- Having experience as Human Resource staff minimum 2 years;
- Familier to use Human Resource Information System (HRIS);
- Understand goverment regulations, labor law, PPH 21, labor relations;
- Able to use English as working language.
