Maintenance Manager

POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for working in a group environment in support for Machine Maintenance & Facility Management at Motor Vehicle Manufacturing Sites.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree major in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Automation or relevant Engineering background
- Min. of 10 years of experience in Machine Maintenance & Facility Management with at least 5 years in Managerial role with specialty in End of Line Tester (EOLT) for electronic/automotive products
- Proficient in Machine Maintenance & Facility Management Software and tools
- English proficiency and excellent communication, leadership and management skills
- Demonstrate highly performance in leadership, management, problem solving and analysis, strategic thinking and policy, and technical capacity in Machine Maintenance & Facility Management
- Customer and client focus and knowledge of automotive products and industry
- Have knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001
- Continuous Improvement mindset: Act to improve the Maintenance & Facility Management effectiveness & efficiency of its entity
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Machine Maintenance, Facility Management and Development:
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of facilities in Executive & Cammo Plant to meet the expected KPI, OEE, Downtime, 6S and solving any Machine Maintenance & Facility Management Issues
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and preventive maintenance programs, with TPM methodology
- Spare parts inventory management
- Ensure all facilities, including machines, jigs, ESD device, lights and air conditioning are functioning properly and efficiently
- Work with suppliers for new machines, such as concept designing, developing, reviewing, improving and verifying
- Documents of machine properly store and update, drawing, procedure, CMK, TPM etc
- Ensure the storage of equipment and compliance with safety instructions and procedures
- Oversee the facility management such building, assets and relevant equipment
Team management:
- Lead and manage a team of facility engineer, maintenance engineer, technician, develop the team's skills for the activity and propose individual and/or group training actions
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members, ensure that teams remain motivated and that there is a good internal atmosphere
- Based on the objectives of activity, prepare action plans and coordinate the missions of team in a coherent manner
Safety and compliance:
- Ensure full compliance with all safety regulations
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of facilities
Budget and resource management:
- Prepare and manage the maintenance & facility budget, including forecasting and tracking expenses, and ensure that it is adhered
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance services and supplies to ensure compliance and appropriate plan
- Ensure cost-effective procurement of maintenance and facility materials and equipment
Project Management:
- Plan and oversee maintenance and facility management improvement projects for quality, safety and productivity
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure timely and successful project completion
- Monitor project progress and address any issues
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs
- Prepare and present regular reports on facility operations and maintenance status
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible
- Other tasks assigned by the superiors
