  • Collaborate with the product development and sales teams to stay up-to-date on the latest product updates and trends

  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant performance
  • Provide support and guidance to trainees during and after the training sessions

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in providing training on home appliance products or similar consumer electronics
  • Have conducted training on TV products or other electronic products.
  • Excellent knowledge of home appliance products, including their features, functions, and proper usage
  • Strong training and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate trainees
  • Proficient in using training aids and multimedia tools to enhance the learning experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your training approach to different learning styles
