Sales Account Executive
About the role
Join the dynamic team at PT.GREEN NET INDONESIA' as an Account Executive - Sales. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers in the telecommunications industry. Based in the vibrant city of Jakarta, this position offers the opportunity to contribute to the company's growth and development within the Information & Communication Technology sector.
What you'll be doing
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the client base
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify potential sales leads
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Provide feedback and insights to the management team to help drive business growth
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 years of proven sales experience in the telecommunications or IT industry;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients;
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills;
- Proficient in English (mandatory), can speak mandarin would be an advantage;
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools;
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies;
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
