Role Description

This is a full-time Recruitment Officer role located in Klampis, Surabaya. The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for job description : conduct recruitment processes based on User requests & HR procedures, Conduct candidate selection to acquire competent employees, Inform new employees and prepare necessary facilities and equipment for them, Input new employee administrative data and update any changes in the HRIS system.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree of Psychology with minimum GPA 3.00
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment Process
  • Familiarity with Psychological Assessment, Interview Methods, and HRIS system
  • Experience in Life Styles Coffee Shop or Restaurant as a Recruitment Officer is a plus
  • Willing to conduct Walk in Interview at Coffee Shop Excelso
