Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Senior Accounting Executive / Assistant Manager located in Batam with some work from home flexibility. The role involves tasks such as executive administrative assistance, expense reports management, executive support, communication, and general administrative assistance.
Qualifications
- Executive Administrative Assistance, Expense Reports, and Communication skills
- Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis is preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Some experience with Managing an outsourced Accounting Team preferred
- Experience with Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong Companies is strongly desirous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in accounting software (Xero, Quickbooks Online) and MS Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
