About the Job
As an Finance Manager, you will be at the core of financial strategy, planning, and investor engagement. You will lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making while also managing relationships with investors, stakeholders, and financial institutions. Your insights will be crucial in shaping the company’s financial direction, ensuring transparency, and driving business growth.

What you will do
- Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Prepare annual and quarterly consolidated budgets and forecasts, including cash flows and balance sheets.
- Develop financial models to support consolidated financial statements, including cash flow, balance sheet, and projected EBITDA.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for cost optimization.
- Monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategy with business objectives.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Manage investor communications, reporting, and engagement, ensuring transparency and alignment with company strategy.
- Prepare investor presentations, financial reports, and performance updates for board meetings and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors, venture capital firms, and financial partners.
- Support fundraising activities by preparing financial projections, due diligence materials, and valuation models.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor performance, and market dynamics to inform investor strategy.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, disclosures, and reporting standards.
What you will need
- 5-8 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or investor relations.
- A strong financial modeling and analytical skillset to drive data-backed decision-making.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Expertise in consolidated financial statements, cash flow forecasting, and long-term financial projections.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial data.
- Strong knowledge of SaaS, fintech, or technology-driven business models.
- Familiarity with capital markets, fundraising, and investor relations best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, financial reporting tools, and ERP systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
