About The Role
As the Senior Marketing Manager for Indonesia, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of Kerry’s Retail business in Indonesia by tailoring and activating our regional strategies, as well as developing out locally led initiatives and customer engagements. This role focuses on managing and mentoring a subordinate, business partnering with the Indonesia general manager and working closely with commercial leads and RD&A team. You will also leverage insights to inform strategies, drive specialized and effective marketing and sales activities with a priority focus on localizing and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns to ensure a best-in-class customer experience and execution.

About The Role
As the Senior Marketing Manager for Indonesia, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of Kerry’s Retail business in Indonesia by tailoring and activating our regional strategies, as well as developing out locally led initiatives and customer engagements. Key responsibilities
- Lead the retail marketing team in Indonesia, including managing one direct report, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Own and drive marketing activation plans and pipeline opportunities.
- Lead, Develop and present comprehensive business analyses covering key insights, trends, performance metrics, and any other data required to provide marketing support from the lens of Product Category/Channel/market dynamics.
- Develop and execute innovative strategies to engage customers by bringing to life relevant insights.
- Establish and nurture partnerships between internal business functions – Commercial, Chefs, Research Development & Applications, Relevant Regional/Global teams, and Key External Business Partners/Enablers in-country and in-region.
- Collaborate closely with Indonesia Country’s Commercial lead on strategies and execution, ensuring seamless alignment and support.
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for your direct report, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration within the team.
- Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Preferably a minimum 7 years’ experience in a marketing role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position, preferably in the Food & Beverage or FMCG industry.
- Proven knowledge and exposure to brand management, activation, and event management.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in market research processes and the ability to generate insights from multiple data points.
- Comprehensive experience in digital marketing promotion is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in collaborating with external agencies, particularly market research agencies, showcasing adeptness in fostering productive partnerships and achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a track record of developing high-performing team members.
