Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing Manager located in Surabaya. The Purchasing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process and ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials. Daily tasks include evaluating vendors, negotiating contracts, monitoring inventory, and maintaining relationships with suppliers. The Purchasing Manager will also ensure compliance with company policies and manage budgets related to procurement.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in procurement, vendor evaluation, and contract negotiation skills
- Strong inventory management and cost-control abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for maintaining supplier relationships
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred
