Role Description
This is a full-time Front Desk Agent (Mandarin Speaker) role located in Model J Hotel Jakarta Soekarno-Hatta Airport. The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, customer service, reservations, and effective communication with guests.
Qualifications
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience in receptionist duties and customer service
- Proficient in handling reservations
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask
- Fluency in Mandarin and English language is required
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent, fresh graduates are welcome to join
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- A positive attitude and a team player.
- Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Good grooming and personal hygiene standards.
