Qualifications and Skills

  • Fluent in English: Strong verbal and written skills for client interactions.
  • Background in Call Center, Administration, or Reception: Preferred but not essential.

  • Team-Oriented: Positive, adaptable, and reliable within a team-based environment.
  • Empathetic Communication: Able to connect and interact sensitively with clients in the health and disability sectors.
  • Technical Requirements: Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop or PC.
  • Availability: Monday to Friday, from 5 am to 2 pm (Indonesian time)

Pay and Benefits
