- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure efficient data integration and processing.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Pentaho, Kafka Debezium, ETL tools, and database management (Postgres, Oracle, NoSQL/GSQL).
- Experience in designing data architecture and workflow automation.
- Knowledge of insurance industry data processes is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex data structures.
- Eagerness and willingness to learn new technologies and improve technical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Willing to work onsite (WFO) and contribute effectively in a team environment.
