We are looking for a Technical Success Manager to join our Product Team. You will be helping understand customer’s technical needs and achieve their goals. This will ultimately help the customer benefit tremendously from the use of Jublia’s Technology.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance to clients and partners; Develop solutions to address on-going technical client requirements with the aim of growing product usage.
- Define, develop, manage and document project schedule/milestones, proactively drive project related issues to appropriate resolution and plan for contingencies due to production related risks.
- Measure project performance to identify areas of improvement.
- Develop strong cross-functional relationships which enable the team to look forward and plan interdepartmental tasks without friction.
- Devise and implement processes and tools to improve cross-departmental communication and efficiency
- Ensure the complete implementation of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) based on the client's inquiries and achieve exceptional product quality before deployment.
- Project management experience in a tech company minimum
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, documentation, and communication skills.
- Experience seeing projects through the full lifecycle.
- Skilled in managing multiple short to medium-term projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of programming concepts
- Understanding of API integration principles
- Experience working with APIs and using platforms like Postman or Insomnia
- Proven experience collaborating with engineers
- Understand the usage and creation of Project Requirement Documents (PRDs)
- Willingness to work in multiple time zones as our clients operate around the world.
- Fluent in written and spoken Business English.
- (Good to have) Familiarity with Python programming language.
