Job Description:

  • Maintain and update all personnel documents including internship & outsourcing documents.
  • Responsible for accurate recording, calculation and reporting of payroll including but not limited to internship and outsourcing overtime, changes in employee status, compensation and other payroll reporting.
  • Review and process every application in the system related to overtime, leave, duty, etc. and forwarding it to the relevant party if there are applications that are not appropriate.
  • Monitor and maintain every process related to absences, shifts, and other issues that occur in the system.
  • Accountable for the accurate recording, calculating, and reporting of leaves, attendance, and manpower.
  • Responsible for reporting of evaluation, status changes, and other movements related to employees, interns, and outsourcing.
  • Provide correspondence and other documents related to HR & other parties.
  • Prepare and process payment documents and recapping costs related to expenses at HRGA.
  • Update and maintain the company's organizational structure in HRIS.
  • Organize accommodation reservations such as flight tickets and hotels required for HRGA and BOD.
  • Collaborate with all department according to HR requirements.
