- Demonstrated experience in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of presenting financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
