Job Descriptions
- As a Personal Assistant, you will be expected to organize and manage the director’s calendar, including arranging business travel/accommodations and scheduling personal appointments.
- Prioritize and coordinate conflicting commitments to optimize time management
- Screen and respond to emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the Director
- Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure all travel arrangements run smoothly
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and briefing documents
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, including room setup and catering
- Manage and prioritize tasks, ensuring deadlines are met
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and partners
- Build and maintain positive relationships on behalf of the Director
- Maintain privacy and confidentiality at all times
- Ability to work independently
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Management, Marketing, Communication, etc. from a reputable university
- Smart, loyal, energic, tech-savvy, and knowledgeable
- Proficient in English is a must (Mandarin will be an advantage)
- High attention to detail and organization
- Proactive in asking questions and finding creative means to tasks
- Ability to self-organize, self-initiate, and multi-task
- Knowledge of legal document preparation and filing
- Willing to work mobile (mostly Yogyakarta-based)
