Your main duties in flying with us:
- Organizational Design & Effectiveness
- Develop scalable, flexible, and efficient organizational structures that drive business growth, foster innovation, and enhance operational effectiveness
- Conduct job evaluations and job analysis to ensure role clarity and alignment with business needs
- Work closely with executive leadership to assess business needs and design structures that optimize talent, resources, and workflows
- Utilize data and analytics to assess organizational effectiveness
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Implementation
- Partner with key stakeholders, including People Partner (HRBP), People Operations, senior leadership, and business units, to ensure the successful execution of organizational design strategies
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to integrate organizational design principles into broader business strategies
- Oversee the implementation of new structures, roles, and processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and effective communication across the organization
- Talent Management
- Oversee the development and movement of key talent within the company
- Support talent identification, talent reviews, and succession planning to ensure leadership continuity and organizational resilience
- Post-Implementation Follow-up & Review
- Track the success of organizational changes to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Conduct post-implementation evaluations, gathering feedback from employees and stakeholders to assess the effectiveness of new structures
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous optimization of organizational design and effectiveness
- Ensure a seamless transition post-implementation by addressing challenges and making necessary refinements for long-term sustainability
- Change Management & Communication
- Lead change management initiatives to facilitate smooth transitions during organizational transformations
- Collaborate with People Partner to be a change advocate, supporting employees as they navigate structural and role adjustments while preserving morale and productivity
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with at least six years of experience in in-house organizational development or HR consulting; experience in both is highly preferred
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of strategy and organizational direction
- Strategic thinker with the ability to assess complex situations and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent project management, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail and quality standards
