  • Provide insights and recommendations for content optimization based on engagement and conversion data.
  • Stay updated on algorithm changes and adapt strategies accordingly.

Job Qualification

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist, preferably in the beauty industry or healthcare (medicine, supplement) product.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices in the beauty industry.
  • Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and basic video editing.
  • Experience using social media management tools, Canva, and Capcut.
  • Strong communication and community engagement skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and branding.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with paid social media advertising is a plus.
