- Campaign Management & Strategy
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote product launches, events, and collaborations.
- Optimize content for performance, leveraging analytics and insights to improve engagement and reach.
- Run social media ads and promotions to enhance visibility and conversions.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align social media initiatives with broader brand goals.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze social media performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and TikTok Analytics.
- Provide insights and recommendations for content optimization based on engagement and conversion data.
- Stay updated on algorithm changes and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist, preferably in the beauty industry or healthcare (medicine, supplement) product.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices in the beauty industry.
- Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and basic video editing.
- Experience using social media management tools, Canva, and Capcut.
- Strong communication and community engagement skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and branding.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with paid social media advertising is a plus.
