Our expansion has opened an opportunity for an AI Coach to guide our teams—from sales and marketing to operations—on best practices and transformative use cases in AI.
Project Scope & Responsibilities:
- Conduct interactive AI workshops, coaching sessions, and 1:1 mentoring for different departments (Sales, Finance, Ops).
- Evaluate current workflows, identify AI integration points, and propose solutions that lead to tangible business results.
- Develop customized training materials, from bite-sized tutorials to in-depth process guides.
- Serve as a thought partner for executive leadership, providing AI strategy insights and high-level recommendations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven track record coaching or consulting on AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, generative AI, ML-based analytics, automation platforms).
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, able to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Success stories or case studies demonstrating quantifiable improvements in efficiency, cost savings, or revenue growth.
- Availability for a 3–6 month initial project scope with potential extension and future collaboration (e.g., co-launching new AI training programs).
